Governor Bello appoints Olusiyi as Kogi chief judge

Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, has approved the appointment of Justice Henry Olusiyi to perform the functions of the Chief judge of the state.

Similarly, the governor approved the appointment of Justice Bayo Olowosegun to perform the functions of the President of the Customary Court of Appeal in the state.

This was contained in a statement issued on Friday by the governor’s spokesman,Onogwu Mohammed.

These appointments followed the demise of Justices Nasiru Ajana and Shaibu Atadoga.
