Senior Special Assistant to Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on Political Matters (K/B/I) Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi has congratulated the Director General of Government House, Alhaji Umar Oricha Shaibu as he marks 60th birthday.
In a felicitation message he personally endorsed on Thursday, Omoluabi described Alhaji Shaibu as a precious diamond who has never hidden his usefulness to the generality of human race even as he clocks 60.
The governor’s aide emphasised that Alhaji Shaibu has brought his managerial dexterity in the management of affairs of Kogi State Government, which he said has contributed immensely in the actualization of Governor Yahaya Bello’s vision for the state.
“The Director General of Government House is a unique personality not just by the coincidence of his birthday with our country’s Independence but by his rare demonstration of selflessness, dedication and diligence in service.
“At a time when integrity has remained a scarce commodity even in the cycle of public servants, Alhaji Shaibu has held his high in proven strength of morality, strong character and ethical value.
“A down to earth gentleman, his philosophy of fairness for all has set him apart. These and his disposition of kindness shall posterity reckon unto him.
“As he marks diamond Jubilee today, I join the hosts of his friends, associates and well wishers to celebrate him” Omoluabi said.
He also prayed God to give the Director General the enablement and strength to continue serving the government and people of Kogi State.
