BPSR rates NIMC high in service delivery scorecard

Federal Government Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) has ranked the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) number one in the 2019/2020 service scorecard for ranking websites of Ministries, Departments and Agencies.

Receiving the award, the Director General/CEO NIMC, Engr. Aliyu A. Aziz, expressed gratitude the organizing committee of BPSR for finding the Commission worthy of the recognition.

He further reiterated the Commission’s readiness towards delivering its mandate under the supervision of the Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Dr. Ali Isa Ibrahim (Pantami).

In a statement signed by the Head, Corporate Communications, Kayode Adegoke, the DG noted that the recognition couldn’t have come at a better time, as the Commission recently recorded another feat by ranking 3rd in the Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) Transparency and Accountability index of 55 Federal Government of Nigeria regulatory agencies.

He added, “Engr. Aliyu Aziz dedicated both awards to Staff while noting that the unrelenting dedication and hard work of Staff made the achievements possible. He assured that the Commission will continue to strive to keep up the good performance rankings while fulfilling its mandates, and looks forward to surpassing this year’s accomplishments in the coming years. “
