The Senior Special Assistant to Kogi Governor, Yahaya Bello on Political Matters, Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi has congratulated the immediate past Director, Funds and Revenue at the Federal Capital Territory Administration, Sir Johnson Jimoh(KSM) on his meritorious retirement after active service to Father land. He made this statement when he paid him a courtesy visit in company of Hon. Tunde Akanmidu, former House of Assembly aspirant in Kabba/Bunu to intimate him on the developmental strides of his Excellency, Alh Yahaya Bello.
Omoluabi described Sir Johnson Jimoh as an exceptional Kogite whose meritorious years of service has enthroned transparency and accountability in the funds mobilization, disbursement and Revenue management in the federal capital territory administration, Omoluabi says as a member of the Federal Accounts Allocation Committee of Nigeria for fourteen years (14) Sir John Jimoh offered professional contributions and left indelible footprints that will forever be celebrated. Omoluabi says Governor Yahaya Bello is particularly proud of how Sir Johnson Jimoh made Kogi proud and retired with honour, he says government is desirous to see him join the developmental strides of the current administration to bring his great public service experience to bear in Kogi State.
The SSA Political Matters says the current administration recognizes Kogi indegenes in private, corporate and public sectors who are active drivers of their various fields of endeavours and ready to work closely with them to deliver good governance at all level.
While responding, Sir Johnson Jimoh says he is happy that he was found worthy of such visit, he expressed gratitude for the prayer and kind words used to describe him and says only God deserves the glory. As a man who also doubles as the President-General of Kabba Community Association in Abuja, he recounts that the association has done several community development projects at home to promote the wellbeing of the people and therefore request more of government attention in Kabba and Okunland. He promised to join hands with the government for development and assured of his readiness to bring his experience to bear in whatever capacity.
