The Special Adviser to Governor Yahaya Bello on Civil Service and Labour Matters, Honourable Olabode Adeyemi popularly known as Omoluabi has congratulated the newly promoted Deputy Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps(NSCDC) Victor Olufunwa over his recent promotion and subsequent decoration, saying that DCC Victor Olufunwa has once again made the people of Kabba, Okun and Kogi proud for being a dutiful professional and outstanding officer.
The Special Adviser to the Governor made the comment while reacting to the news of the promotion on Friday in Lokoja, he says the NSCDC has been one organization known for sound reward system for fine officers and men who are doing very well at their point of duty. He says the organisation has further confirmed this belief through the promotion of DCC Victor Olufunwa and other officers. He says such appointment are great motivating factors and morale booster for the officers and would obviously improve better service delivery, urging the newly promoted to see the promotion as a challenge to do better at his point of duty.
