COVID-19: Kano CJ inaugurates 11 stand-by courts for violators of lockdown order.

The Kano State Chief Judge, Justice Nura Sagir inaugurates 11 stand by courts to pernalise violator while the curfew imposed on the state to subdued the spreading of deadly virus covid19 in kano state.

CJ Umar stated that courts are to be headed Magistrates in kano state.

This was said in an official statement made available to our correspondent by the Kano State Justiciary, Public Relations Officer, Baba Jibo Ibrahim on the 28 of April 2020.

In line with the official statement, “this are the list of the Magistrates which are as follows,Mohammed M. Jibrin, Mustapha Hassan Auwalu Y. Aminu Muhd Gabari,Suleiman, Sadiku Sammani.

“Others are: Tijjani Sale Minjibir, Musa ibrahim Umar,Salisu Idris Sallama, Farouk ibrahim Umar

Ibrahim Gwadabe and Ishaq Abdul Aboki.

“The Mobile Courts are to penalised violators during this curfew and any other related issues that may come up consequently as to curtail the spread of Covid19 virus as stated..

Remember Kano State Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje Saturday pronounced the establishment of the mobile courts to try defaulters on the curfew order placed in the state.
