The All Progressives Congress has kicked off its primary election ahead of the September 19, 2020 governorship election in the state.
During the election, members of the party were seen putting on their face masks in compliance with the COVID-19 regulations in Edo.
In some of the wards, it was also observed that they limited those in the queue to about 15.
The members displayed their membership cards as they await their turn to vote.
Earlier, the APC electoral committee had released guidelines in compliance with the state government’s COVID-19 regulations.
A statement by the Secretary of the APC committee, Dr Ajibola Basiru, said voting would hold in 192 wards in the state.
